A service agreement is an agreement between participant & provider that makes it clear what you have both agreed to. It is covered by Australian Consumer Law.

Service agreements are needed so both participant and provider are on the same page, everyone has a fair understanding on what is expected, and all information is exchanged prior to services commencing
